Samsung Galaxy July 2023 Unpacked Event has been scheduled for July 26th. We are getting excited to see the new devices the South Korean tech giant will present to the world. The company is all set to introduce the new Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 foldable phones, Galaxy Watch 6 Series and a premium tablet lineup the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
However, the launch seems imminent as the Galaxy Tab S9 series has been spotted on the TDRA certification website. Three variants of the Galaxy Tab S9 series have been spotted on the certification website. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra Wi-Fi-only variant has the model number SM-X910. The Galaxy Tab S9 5G and Wi-Fi-only variants have the model numbers SM-X716B and SM-X710, respectively.
Now, ahead of the official debut, the Waterproof test video of the Galaxy Tab S9 is now spotted online (via Reddit). Galaxy Tab S9 Series Key Specifications
The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (Wi-Fi) was recently spotted on Geekbench and it was confirmed that the tablet is arriving with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with a peak clock speed of 3.36GHz. it was listed on Geekbench with 12GB of RAM and Android 13. The device is likely to have One UI 5.1 on top of Android. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will come with a two circular cutouts and an LED flash on the back.
The tablet will sport a 14.6-inch AMOLED display with 2960 x 1848-pixel resolution. It has a wide notch on the longer bezel for the dual front camera setup. The base Galaxy Tab S9 model is expected to to feature the same SoC found in the Ultra model. The SoC was paired with 8GB of RAM and the rated battery capacity will be 8160mAh. This means that the Galaxy Tab S9 will likely feature a typical battery ranging between 8400mAh and 8500mAh.
