Lockscreen clocks and shortcuts are the very much anticipated thing of Android 14 Beta 3. Impressively, Google is now taking feedback for its recent release.
The feedback takes a few things, and you initiate it by confirming what build (UPB3.230519.008) you’re running, what device you have (Pixel 4a 5G – 7a), your country, and your carrier.
It includes certain parameters for rating satisfaction that span around 13 areas. And this includes stability, performance, battery, device temperature, camera, Bluetooth, call quality, messaging, Wi-Fi connectivity, data connectivity, app experience, authentication (face/fingerprint), and charging (wired charging, wireless charging).
In addition to this, it is followed by a feedback question on whether you would recommend Android 14 Beta 3 in its “current state” to others. Also, “How satisfied are you overall with the software experience” with Android 14 on a scale of 1-5. It also consists, of how it compares to the “previous build on your device” (14 Beta 2.1).
You are also further asked to identify a “top issue area,” with the capability to leave more details on the problem. Notably, the list is somewhat identical to the earlier one but adds the following:
- Audio Experience: It comprises audio quality and device vibration
- System User Interface: It consists of the factors: Issues with Notifications, Quick Settings, Home Screen, Gesture Navigation
While it ends on Android Beta Program Satisfaction from 1-5. Also, Google also asking with respect to program logistics and providing open response fields for:
- If you rated neutral or dissatisfied on any of the areas above, please provide details so we can improve the experience.
- What is the one thing we could do to make your experience as an Android Beta user more enjoyable?
- Do you have any additional feedback you would like to share with the team about your program experience?
With this feedback or review, Google is trying to improvise the overall user experience in its forthcoming Android 14. And it also seems like users don’t want to compromise with the quality.
