The first half of the year 2022, seems to be a battleground for Android flagship smartphones. And the key battle classifier here is two that non-other than – Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and Mediatek Dimensity 9000. The two MediaTek processors succeed to get a place in the top 15 Android performance ranking list whereas one is under the Antutu top ten list of flagships in July 2022.
The place score is altogether good for Dimensity comparative to those of last year’s Dimensity 1200. Although this article is not specifically about the differentiation on the basis of chipsets, rather we tend to give more focus on the flagship’s position in the list. Additionally, I would like to add that being loaded with smart features Samsung S22 devices are under 15, as this is the global ranking which is the basis of certain criteria like CPU, GPU and average score the device getting.
