As per the reliable tipster on X, Haizaki Ryouhei claimed that the South Korean tech giant Samsung to introduce its FaceID rival: PolarID with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in 2025.
This means that Samsung will offer its new technology with just a punch-hole design. The leaker even claims that PolarID will be more secure than FaceID and will work better than any other facial recognition.
PolarID will leverage the power of Qualcomm Snapdragon for processing and the manufacturing power of Samsung LSI. He even says that Samsung ISOCELL Vizion 931 is already under testing and this might find its way on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
