Samsung and the AdTech company HYGH are now expanding digital outdoor advertising by enabling companies – large and small – to display their messages in public spaces in an eye-catching, cost-effective and flexible manner.
More than 2,500 displays are already available for this purpose. By the end of the year, the network is expected to grow to over 5,000 digital signage devices and be present in the 15 most populous cities in Germany.
“We are pleased about this enormously fruitful collaboration. Together with HYGH, we enable companies of all sizes to use the advantages of digital-out-of-home (DooH) cost-effectively and in a targeted manner. In contrast to conventional posters, digital forms of advertising can achieve greater attention through moving images, bright colors and the possibility of a more individual approach,” says Steven Pollok, Director Display Division at Samsung Electronics GmbH. “Our extensive range of digital signage devices forms the foundation of the digital advertising network. It enables the provision of precisely tailored displays for the different venues within a city. In addition, situation-related, up-to-date content can be played out effortlessly thanks to our Tizen operating system. All in all, this ensures strong interest among passers-by in the right place at the right time.”

“Our goal is to build one of the largest DooH networks so that brands can place their products exactly where their customers are. We rely on exceptionally high standards of quality and design. This is what connects us to Samsung. Together we will further develop and democratize the market for DooH campaigns,” says HYGH founder Fritz Frey.
