A smartwatch is a wearable device that brings you a number of easy features for our daily life. Smartwatches have gathered popularity in recent years due to their convenience, and integration with smartphones and other devices.
The major benefit of owning any smartphone is the ability to connect and synchronize with smartphones, usually via Bluetooth. This connectivity allows users to receive notifications for calls, messages, emails, and social media updates directly on their wrists. Users can also respond to messages, make or answer calls, and perform other tasks using voice commands or pre-set quick replies.
Now, a new issue appears for Samsung Galaxy smartwatch users. An issue related to the smartwatches worn on tattooed arms. This problem is observed across various smartwatch models, including popular ones like Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch.
Samsung will solve issues of Galaxy Watch users with TATTOOS
As per the official person at Watch App Manager, Samsung will add a new wearing detection setting on the Galaxy Watch 5 and the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 series to tackle the problem.
If you do not receive notification due to a tattoo, the team in charge is working on adding the wearing detection setting, and it will be improved through an update in the second half of the year.
After updating, if you turn off the wearing detection setting, you will be able to receive notifications regardless of whether or not you have a tattoo on your wrist.

The company will bring this new feature in the second half of this year. It may first appear on Galaxy Watch 6 and later come to Galaxy Watch 5.
