Samsung is all set to launch its new foldable smartphones (Z Fold 5 & Z Flip 5) alongside the new tablets (Galaxy Tab S9) and smartwatches (Galaxy Watch 6). Ahead of the official debut, a reliable Twitter tipster Ahmed Qwaider recently shared some details about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 series. Tipster claims that the company has made significant improvements in certain areas.
One notable upgrade is the adoption of Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays for all models in the Galaxy Tab S9 series, replacing the LCD and Super AMOLED panels found in the previous Galaxy Tab S8 series.
Galaxy Tab S9 Series camera details
As per the tipster, the Galaxy Tab S9 is expected to launch with a 13MP rear camera and 12MP front camera. The Galaxy Tab S9 Plus is said to arrive with a 13MP+8MP rear camera and a 12MP Front camera. While the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra to launch with a 13MP+8MP rear camera and 12MP+12MP front camera.
This shift is expected to bring enhanced contrast ratios and HDR functionality compared to the older display technologies. Despite these advancements, it appears that Samsung has decided against a mandatory chipset upgrade and will instead offer all models with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy.
The Galaxy Tab S9 will feature an 11-inch display, the Galaxy Tab S9 Plus will come with a 12.4-inch display, and the top-tier Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will boast a larger 14.6-inch panel.
