Samsung is all set to launch its new foldable phones – Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in Korea for the first time. The next Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will take place on late July at COEX, a convention center in Samseong-dong, Gangnam.
Now, according to the SamMobile report, Samsung has collaborated with Google to optimize the apps for its upcoming foldable phone. The apps are Google Maps, Messages, and YouTube. To recall, Samsung Keyboard has already optimized for it.
Galaxy Z Flip 5 Specifications [Expected]
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldable smartphone is said to launch with a base of 128GB storage, followed by 256GB storage and 512GB storage. However, unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Z Flip 5’s UFS 4.0 storage will be limited to 256GB and 512GB variants. The base 128GB storage option will have UFS 3.1 storage. The upcoming Z Flip 5 will have a 3.4-inch cover screen with a resolution of 720 x 748.
Earlier, the Z Flip 5 has already appeared on the benchmark Geekbench and it was revealed to get the 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy – a slightly overclocked version of the chip that we’ve already seen across this year’s Galaxy S23 phones.
