Samsung Electronics, a world leader in advanced semiconductor technology officially introduced the new 5G Exynos 5300 modem (4nm EUV Process). Samsung plans to integrate this technology into the company’s Exynos modem solutions, accelerating the commercialization of 5G communications and paving the way for the 6G-driven Internet of Everything (IoE) era.
Exynos 5300 5G Specifications: Designed for new speeds
Samsung Exynos 5300 5G includes Ten Gigabits per second fast speed and ultra-low latency with support for FR1, FR2 and EN-DC technology. With up to 10Gbps download and up to 3.87Gbps upload speeds, the Exynos Modem 5300 enables devices to deliver the next-generation user experience.
It also supports cross-generation network connectivity, all the way up to 5G as well as across LTE, 3G and 2G. In LTE environments, download speeds reach up to 3.0Gbps and upload speeds reach of up to 422Mbps.
The latest Samsung Exynos Modem 5300 also improved power efficiency, bringing extended battery life to devices. Meanwhile, it is also expected to be used in Google Pixel 8 Series.
