Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, XCover 5, Z Flip, and Z Fold 4 devices are now getting the January 2023 security patch. The company has already pushed the current month’s patch update to eligible Galaxy S, Galaxy Note, Galaxy M, Galaxy A, and Galaxy Z series devices.
The January 2023 security patch update for Galaxy XCover Pro, XCover 5, Z Flip, and Z Fold 4 carries firmware version G715U1UESFDWA2, G525FXXS5CWA2, F700USQS5HWA1, and F936BXXS1BWA2 respectively.
The all-new patch update for Galaxy XCover Pro is rolling out in AT&T, Cellular South, Cricket, Comcast, US Cellular, Verizon, and Xfinity Mobile. The Galaxy XCover 5 is getting updated in Argentina, Guatemala, and Mexico. While the Z Flip getting January 2023 patch update in the US, the Z Fold 4 is in African, Asia, and Europe.
If your device hasn’t notified you about the latest update yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to Settings » Software Update and clicking Download and install.
