Samsung is ready to launch its fourth-generation foldable phones – Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 on August 10, 2022. At the event, the company will also launch its new smartwatch – Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro alongside Buds 2 Pro.
Samsung is one of the leading tech giants in the smartphone segment market. When it comes to foldable smartphones, the South Korean tech firm leads. According to the latest stats, in 2021, almost 10 million foldable were delivered worldwide – not just those from Samsung.
Now, the mind-blowing news for German users is coming out. Samsung manager Mario Winter has stated that 500,000 Samsung foldable units are set to be sold in Germany in 2022.
The previous stats are as follows, 21.5 million smartphones were sold in Germany in 2021 – 180,000 of them were folding smartphones.
