Samsung’s ceremonial Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event is scheduled for August 10, 2022. Samsung in a press note has informed, “Get Ready to Experience the Next Generation of Galaxy Foldables at Samsung Unpacked.”
Samsung will represent its next-generation foldable phones – Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4. The event time is formally decided as 10:00 PM KST and you can watch this foldable event on Samsung Newsroom and the Samsung YouTube channel.
“With these new foldable smartphones, Samsung is pushing all boundaries and defying conventions of what’s possible with a smartphone. These smartphones will be the ultimate devices for productivity and self-expression. Consumers will learn new ways to work, play and capture life with these devices,” the statement from Samsung said.

Samsung has started teasing the key highlight of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 event. Samsung shared a small video of 06 seconds on its official YouTube channel and the video shows a new way to capture a selfie.

1. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will look a lot like its predecessor the difference we will see in aspect ratio, except with enhanced durability and an all-important S Pen slot to stow the stylus.
2. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is a smaller Z Flip 4 that is also thought to be similar to its predecessor. The prices are in Euros, with the Galaxy Z Flip 4 tipped to start at €1,080 for the 128GB version, €1,160 for the 256GB model, and €1,280 for the 512GB flip phone.
3. Samsung Galaxy Watch 5
Samsung is set to launch its Galaxy Watch 5 series smartwatches and it has three codenames — Heart-S (model SM-R90x), Heart-L (model SM-R91x), and Heart-Pro (SM-R92x).
Galaxy Watch 5 series will be slightly more expensive than its predecessor. The 40mm Galaxy Watch 5 would be available in three colors — Pink Gold, Gray, and Silver. The 40mm variant will reportedly cost €300 for the Bluetooth model and €350 for the LTE model. The 44mm variant of the regular Galaxy Watch 5 would be available in Blue, Gray, and Silver colors.
