Reportedly, in a new ad, Samsung has once again repeatedly mocked Apple for having no foldable or flippable iPhones. While this advertises the company’s state-of-the-art Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. It is to be noted that, this is not the first time that Samsung targeted Apple with mockery. Also, in the near past, it makes fun of Apple via tweets and advertisements.
Samsung mocked Apple in the new ad
While in a recent advertisement, a man sitting on the fence indicates consumers who are divided in order to buy an Apple iPhone or a Samsung smartphone. The man in the ad claims that he won’t switch to a Samsung out of concern for his friends’ reactions. In return, his friend reverted by saying“. When you pull out your new Galaxy Z Flip4, people are going to lose it.” The man is then given a Galaxy Z Flip 4, and after the same, his friend comes behind a fence to compliment the device. In addition to this, “Time to get off the fence” and “The Galaxy awaits you” are the two captions of the advertisement at last.
Samsung vs Apple in the past
Moving ahead with the details, Samsung released an ‘On the Fence’ advertisement last month. The same featured an iPhone user sitting on the fence and simultaneously seeing over to Samsung’s side. Whereby, he could notice “folding phones and epic cameras”. Whereby iphone users utter that “we’re waiting for all that to come over here”. Simultaneously he also wonders why he should wait even if the technology is already there. “That’s what we do,” “We wait,” says his friend.
On the other hand, at the time of the launch of the iphone 14 series. Samsung trolled Apple in its “Buckle Up” ad also. The same ad begins with the narrator saying, “Buckle up for Apple’s latest launch, as you enter a world where heads will turn, just not in your direction”. The ad demonstrates the features such as the Samsung Galaxy Flip4 clamshell design. And the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 108MP camera alongside its moon mode, whereby asserting that “this innovation is not coming soon to an iPhone near you, and it’s already here in the Galaxy”.
