Galaxy S23 Ultra TENAA listing confirms 108MP camera
As per the TENAA listing, the Galaxy S23 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch display with 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and 16.7M colors. It measures 163.4×78.1×8.9(mm) in size and 233g in weight.
Under the hood, the S23 Ultra will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with a performance core clocked at 3.36GHz instead of 3.2 GHz coupled with 8/12 RAM with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options.
As far as the camera specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a quad-rear camera module with 108MP primary sensor, a 12MP telephoto, a 12MP depth sensor, and another 2MP sensor.
