In addition, Samsung offers to settle payments by credit card, PayPal, Samsung Pay or by invoice.
“With the launch of an online shop, which is aimed in particular at small commercial end customers, we are creating the flexibility for everyone involved that today’s business world demands,” explains Gerrit Povel, Vice President D2C Division at Samsung Electronics GmbH. “Our business shop is an extension of the established sales channels and is designed to make the purchasing process for small businesses as simple and efficient as possible. With him, we can serve a clientele that cannot always be equipped with the products they need in retail – and who do not yet have the necessary scope for the channel.”
For your information, the Samsung Business Shop was launched back in October 2021 in Australia, France, Great Britain, Turkey and the USA. Since then, Samsung has expanded its B2B online business to 30 countries in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East in less than a year and a half – with growing sign-ups and sales.
