Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra spotted on Geekbench, Galaxy S23 FE to get in-house developed AP Exynos 2200

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Series is expected to launch in the second half of 2023 alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The Ultra will reportedly come powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy processor and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM. Now, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra variant has been spotted in the Geekbench database, indicating that it will run on Android 13.

In the Geekbench tests for single-core and multi-core CPU performance, it received 2054 and 5426 points, respectively. The model number is SM-X916B and the CPU identified is 2.02GHz.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is claimed to be powered by an 11,200mAh battery that’s compatible with 45W fast charging. It will feature an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The tablet may feature 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5mm, similar to the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. It will also sport a similarly big display at 14.6 inches, featuring a resolution of 2,960 x 1,848 pixels and a 120% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.

According to the information, the Galaxy S23 FE will be equipped with an in-house developed AP, the Exynos 2200. The Exynos 2200 is said to have improved some of the yield and heat issues that have been criticized in the past.
