As Vodafone shutdown, Samsung Message app will soon get Google’s RCS support

Subsequently, Vodafone has disclosed that it is dragging the plug on its own RCS messaging support in the UK. Also, the alert for the same is already been notified to the customers. It mentions that the RCS messaging support will be going to turn off between March 15 and March 31, 2023. Depicted to some sources, it is found that the message delivered by Vodafone tells the customers that the company will be turning off RCS message support.

Thus, as per this alteration, Vodafone customers will not able to utilize the RCS offered by the carrier. While hampered customers will get MMS packages as appreciative to their accounts. It last for 60 days in order to avoid additional charges.

Additionally, Samsung users that currently use the Samsung Message app as their default messaging app over their Galaxy phones have two options to use this service. Either switch to the Google Message app. Or alternatively waits for the Samsung Messages app to get Google RCS support.
