According to the latest information, the Galaxy A14 4G smartphone is spotted on Google Play Console. The details revealed the RAM, OS version, SoC, screen resolution, and phone render.

As per the listing, the Samsung Galaxy A14 4G smartphone will come with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will run on Android 13 out of the box, which will be based on One UI 5. The smartphone is said to come with a Full HD+ resolution with 450 DPI pixel density.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A14 4G smartphone will be powered by MediaTek MT6769T, which is the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. This mobile processor will come with two ARM Cortex A75 cores with 2GHz clock speed and six A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The Helio G80 SoC will be paired with Mali G52 GPU with 950Mhz clock speed. The smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup on the back with a flash.
