Samsung has recently released the One UI 6.1 update to several Galaxy devices and it brings new features alongside the AI. The South Korean manufacturer has in fact launched an update for the Image Editor which introduces something new for the Object Eraser function, called Magnetic Lasso.
The Magnetic Lasso improves the Object Eraser on Samsung Galaxy
Samsung updates Image Editor to version 3.4.21.41 (3.4.21.43 was also released immediately after, but without significant changes) and offers the Magnetic Lasso, a new function that appears in the Object Eraser section . The latter is located within the Samsung Gallery and allows you to instantly remove unwanted objects or people from photos, or reflections and shadows.
To delve into this enhanced editing experience, simply navigate to the Object Eraser tool within the Edit > Tools menu of any image in the Gallery. The Magnetic Lasso feature is conveniently enabled by default but can be toggled off if desired.
