Samsung is gearing up to enhance the performance of its Exynos 2500 SoC. The chip is said to offer better performance than Qualcomm’s current flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 which was unveiled in October 2023.
Galaxy S25 Series – Exynos 2500
A reliable tipster OreXDA shared a series of tweets stating that Samsung is cooperating with Google to further enhance the NPU performance of the Exynos 2500 chip and improve the AI experience of the Galaxy S25 series mobile phones.
The Exynos 2500 SoC may bring a G-NPU, an S-NPU and a new component labeled TPU. As per the tweet image below, the Exynos 2200 has only one G-NPU, and the Exynos 2400 has one G-NPU and one S-NPU.
