Samsung has officially confirmed that the company will start ‘Air Conditioner Pre-Inspection Service’ from March 4 to April 30 to help customers spend the coming summer comfortably.

If a customer self-inspects the air conditioner and discovers an issue and requests a pre-inspection service, they can receive a systematic product inspection from a professional engineer. Customers who apply for a pre-inspection are also provided with free labor costs, including travel expenses.
SNS channels (blog, YouTube, Instagram) provide self-inspection methods for each type of air conditioner, such as wall-mounted, stand, and ceiling-type, as well as tips for using various products.
