At the CES 2024, in Las Vegas from January 9-12, Samsung invited British food influencer (also known as elburritomonster) to showcase how AI simplifies menu planning, cooking and sharing food — allowing hosts to spend less time in the kitchen and more quality moments with their guests.
Oliver, who boasts 40,000 followers on the Samsung Food app, gave a cooking demonstration of his favorite dinner party meals using Samsung’s smart kitchen appliances.
Oliver started the presentation by browsing menu items on the Samsung Food app for his dinner party. Using the image search feature, he snapped photos of the ingredients he had on hand.
“The AI Vision Inside feature is a game changer for those who like to cook,” said Oliver. “It’s incredibly convenient as the feature automatically notifies you when ingredients are close to expiring, eliminating the need to manually check each product’s expiration date. It also recommends you recipes through the Samsung Food app based on ingredients you already have in your fridge.”
A CES 2024 Innovation Award Honoree and a highlight at CES 2024, Samsung Food will continue to evolve and cater to users’ needs.
