The Galaxy Watch 5 latest update is rolling out with firmware version R910XXU1BWL1 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro with firmware version R920XXU1BWL1.
The December 2023 security patch fixes dozens of security flaws discovered in the previous software version.
