Samsung Secure Wi-Fi will keep safe your data while browsing the internet, even when you’re using unsecured, public Wi-Fi networks. The Samsung Secure Wi-Fi also protects data by encrypting internet traffic and blocking tracking apps, so you can feel confident when connecting to public addresses.
According to the official stats, up to 250 MB of Secure Wi-Fi per month is available automatically, and you can upgrade to another plan at any time. Here comes the twist Samsung Secure Wi-Fi may not be supported on all Galaxy phones. Availability may vary depending on the country, carrier, or network environment. Some apps or websites may not allow a Secure Wi-Fi connection.
How to enable it?
- Go to Settings, and then tap Biometrics and security.
- Swipe to and tap Secure Wi-Fi.
- Review the information, and then tap Continue.
- Allow any necessary permissions. To begin protecting yourself while browsing the internet, tap Protect.
