Samsung denied rumors suggesting affordable foldable smartphones in 2024
According to the latest report from the Korea JoongAng Daily, the South Korean tech giant has confirmed they won’t make midrange foldable smartphones.
“We don’t plan to manufacture foldable smartphones that are priced in the midrange, and the latest rumours are groundless,” a spokesperson from Samsung Electronics told Korea JoongAng Daily.
Recently a reliable tipster Tech_Reve on X suggested that the new Samsung foldable phones might cost between $400 and $500.
