Samsung has officially revealed the plan to unveil the next Galaxy smartphone with integrated generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology next year.

While announcing the 3rd quarter earnings conference call on Oct. 31, Samsung officially confirmed that, “We are working to introduce AI technology as a new experience in our devices,” and added that they “plan to offer this from 2024.”
The technology Samsung referred to is an on-device generative AI without connecting to an external cloud. By implementing generative AI similar to ChatGPT on a device, without having to access the Internet, users can access various services through simple commands.
Meanwhile, the South Korean tech giant is also working on generative AI technology for this purpose. As per the reliable tipsters, this technology to be featured in the upcoming Galaxy S24 lineup, expected to be revealed early next year, or the Galaxy Z6 series to be launched in the latter half of the year.
