Samsung has officially released the stable One UI 6 update based on Android 14 in Europe and South Korea. Just recently the company has released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update to the Galaxy S23 series in India.

As per the update changelog, the all-new One UI 6 update comes with several new features, improvements, and design changes. The Android 14-based stable One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with firmware version S91xBXXU3BWJM and it also includes the October 2023 security patch.
If you are running the One UI 5.1 or One UI 6.0 beta on your Galaxy S23 series, you can download the latest update by tapping the Settings app on your device > Software update > Download and install.
