Samsung Kiosk is a smart ordering solution furnished with the Windows operating system (OS) launched in Korea by the owning company Samsung Electronics. The recently launched product is an all-in-one product that can handle everything from product selection to ordering and payment and is used in restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, convenience stores, and marts.
Samsung expanded the range of choices for consumers
In 2021 following the release of products with the Tizen OS, Samsung Electronics expanded the range of choices for consumers by launching products with the Windows OS this time.
Additionally, the new product ( model name: KMC-W) is based on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 24-inch touch display 11th generation Intel Core processor boasting powerful performance. Also, consist of the stability of 256GB SSD storage, and 8GB memory Mounted.

It provides all the essential functions of a kiosk for content management and payment without a separate PC, which are:
- Card reader
- receipt printer QR /barcode scanner
- NFC (Near Field Communication)
- Wi-Fi support.
The new kiosk can be used in various store environments as it comes in three types: table type, stand type, and wall-mounted type. Due to well goodwill, the product was also selected as the best product at ISE (Integrated System Europe) 2023, Europe’s largest display exhibition held in Barcelona, Spain this January.
In Korea, 1,000 new Samsung kiosks will be supplied to Yanolja Cloud, which leads global travel solution technology innovation, targeting hotels, leisure, and food and beverage spaces around the world. Yanolja Cloud plans to introduce a new Samsung kiosk at the ‘2023 Korea Hotel Show’, the largest hotel industry exhibition in Korea, to be held at COEX, Seoul from the 14th to the 16th.

“Samsung kiosk has been supplied to more than 60 partners in 35 countries around the world and continues to expand its presence in the global market, will continue to be introduced.”
