Samsung has now announced a partnership with Pay Later (BNPL) provider, PayJustNow in South Africa. Now, consumers in the local area can get a new product on a budget. PayJustNow is a cashflow-friendly budgeting tool that helps consumers to stretch their rands even further. With the Pay later, Shoppers can spread the cost of bigger purchases across three interest and fee free installments, while receiving the goods immediately.
Also, PayJustNow vets consumers during the application process before providing credit to them to determine shopper affordability. They schedule automated deductions and send reminders to ensure that shoppers do not miss their payments.
Astrud Meintjes, Head of eCommerce, at Samsung South Africa said: “As a customer-centric organisation, we know the impact of the rise in the cost of living for our customers. We are therefore always on the lookout for strategic partnerships that will help to ease the financial burden on our customers as well as offer them convenient buying and payment solutions.
“This partnership was motivated by the South African consumers’ appetite for BNPL payments – PayJustNow’s recently announced financial results have shown a triple-digit growth.”
