Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will go official in the last week of July. At present, there is no word on the price of the device. But a reliable tipster has now shared key information regarding the upcoming foldable devices.
As per the Twitter tipster Revegnus, there is a possibility that the launch price of Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5, which will be unveiled at the end of July, will be reduced by about ₩100,000 compared to their predecessors.
So far it was confirmed that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ foldable AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. Its cover screen will measure a 3.4-inch display which will have a folder-like design. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the 3.36GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and may arrive with support for 25W fast charging. There is no word on the camera configuration of the device. It is likely to be made available in three storage variants, such as 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
Meanwhile, a recent certification platforms have revealed that the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s primary and secondary batteries are EB-BF731ABY and EBF733ABY. The rated capacities of these batteries are 971mAh and 2,620mAh. Hence, it will have a total rated value of 3,591mAh.
