Update 2 – May 23, 2023: The Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52 5G smartphones are now getting the May 2023 security patch update in the Netherlands. The update is rolling out with the firmware version A526BXXS3EWD6 and A528BXXU3EWE1 respectively.
Update 1 – May 13, 2023: Recently, Samsung updated the Galaxy A54 device with the latest May 2023 security patch and now Samsung started rolling out the May 2023 security patch update to Galaxy A52s users in Brazil. The latest update soon expand to more regions. The Galaxy A52s is receiving the May 2023 security update with firmware version A528BXXS3EWD4.
So far, Samsung has released the May 2023 security patch update for several of its latest flagship devices and a few other mid-range devices including the Galaxy A54, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A13, Galaxy Tab S7/S8 series, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S22 and a few other foldable devices.

As usual, you can wait for the automatic notification that the update is ready for your Galaxy A54. Or you can immediately check manually whether you can download it via Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
The Galaxy A54 was launched with a Non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery. The device comes in a dimension of 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm (6.30 x 2.96 x 0.33 in) and 189 grams. The device consists of four cameras: 64 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide) + 12 MP, f/2.2, 123˚ (ultrawide), 5 MP, f/2.4, (macro) and 5 MP, f/2.4, (depth) on the rear side while on the front there is 32 MP, f/2.2, 26mm (wide) for clicking selfies.
