Samsung’s latest Galaxy A series device the Galaxy A14 is now getting the May 2023 security patch update. The update is rolling out with the firmware version A146BXXU2BWE1 and it is rolling out in Asia. You can install the latest update right away by tapping on Settings > Software update > Download and Install.
The May 2023 security patch fixes over 70 security flaws found in Galaxy phones and tablets. For your information, the device was launched earlier this year with Android 13-based One UI 5.0 onboard.
It recently received the One UI 5.1 update and the company will send two more major Android OS updates in the future. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has been launched with three storage options in India. The base model has 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 16,499. The 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage options are priced at Rs 18,999 and Rs 20,999 respectively. It is available in Dark Red, Light Green, and Black color options.
