Now Samsung has started rolling out the security update for May 2023 to several Galaxy devices across all of its lineups. According to the information, the Galaxy A52, Galaxy Z Flip3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Fold 4/Flip 4 and Galaxy S21 FE smartphones are now getting the latest patch update.
The company has released the May 2023 update to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 in the USA. The firmware versions are F711U1UES4FWD7, F926U1UES3FWD7, F721U1UES2CWD7 and F936U1UES2CWD7, respectively.
The Galaxy S21 FE is getting May 2023 security patch update with the software version G990BXXU4EWD2 and it is currently rolling out in Europe.
How to check if you have received the update?
Once the update is available, you will receive a notification. But if you still want to check it manually, click on the Settings app of your Galaxy device, then scroll down. You will see an option named Software Update. Tap on it and then tap on Download and Install.
