Update 1 – April 05, 2023: The latest Samsung S-Series – S23 was the first to receive the April 2023 security patch update. The latest update was first rolled out in Europe and now according to the information, the company has started sending the latest patch update in India too.
For now, the Galaxy S23 Series April 2023 firmware is rolling out with the software version S916BXXU1AWC8. A wider rollout to include other regions in the coming weeks.

According to the Samsung official security bulletin, the April 2023 security patch from Samsung patches over 65+ security vulnerabilities, including one for the scary Exynos modem issue. Of all the patched exploits, 55 issues were from Google and 15 security flaws were Galaxy-specific.
In order to install the latest firmware update on your S23, just go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
