Samsung is gearing up for the launch of a new premium tablet. The upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Series is expected to arrive with the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Watch 6. The South Korean tech giant is expected to launch three tablets in the lineup – Tab S9, Tab S9 Plus and Tab S9 Ultra. The specifications of the Galaxy Tab S9 Plus were recently leaked along with the fresh renders.
Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra specifications leaked
A new report now has revealed the specifications of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, which will be the top model in the lineup. According to the reliable Twitter tipster, Ice Universe, the upcoming Samsung tablet Tab S9 Ultra is to launch with a 14.6-inch display, 2960 x 1848 (WQXGA+) resolution and it measures 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5mm (same as S8 Ultra). It will be packed with a 11200mAh battery and it may support 45W charging.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy paired with 16GB RAM (LPDDR5X). As per the leak, it weighs 737g and has an IP68 rating.
Meanwhile, the Tab S9 Plus measures 285.4 x 185.4 x 5.64. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack but the tablet features a USB Type-C port at the bottom and a quad-speaker setup.
Recently, the S Pen that Samsung will ship alongside the Galaxy Tab S9 has been spotted with the model number EJ-PX710 and the document indicates it will have Bluetooth 5.1 specification.
