As per the latest leak, the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone may be powered by Exynos 2200. The screen size will be 6.4 inches, there will be LPDDR5 6 and 8GB RAM variants and the storage options could be UFS 3.1 128GB/256GB.
For optics, the Galaxy S23 FE 5G smartphone to come with a 12 MP (1.12um) selfie camera. The rear camera may consist a 50 MP 1.0um (GN3) wide-angle rear camera, 8MP 1.0um Hi-347 3x telephoto and 12MP 1.12um IMX258 Ultra-wide camera.
