The popularity of streaming is growing and modern devices now need more storage. The latest Galaxy S23 model that still has a base with 128 GB of storage will undoubtedly be replaced by the more storage in Galaxy S24 which will arrive in 2024. Usually, the next level is at 12GB of RAM, which could be the new minimum for the Galaxy S24 series. Currently, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a maximum of 12 GB RAM, next year it will maybe be 16 GB.
