Galaxy S23 Ultra 30x zoom bug issue will fix in April 2023

Several users of the Galaxy S23 Ultra recently faced issues related to the camera zoom. The issue occurred after the One UI 5.1 update, the camera stops working when it was set to 30x zoom. It only happened with the 30x zoom and for the rest, it works fine. According to the information from the official Samsung newsroom, the new camera update is all set to arrive in April 2023.

Samsung Camera in charge replied:

Dear WarThunder,

Hello. I am in charge of the camera.
First of all, thank you for your patience during the analysis of the problem.

As a result of analyzing the log and video of the send error sent to the department in charge, it was confirmed that the error occurred due to the difference in the action point when quickly switching the camera lens. We have already completed fixes for this issue and applied the improvements, and we plan to provide those fixes through the next SW update.

We plan to provide it through a SW update that includes fixes in April, but we ask for your understanding in advance that it is difficult to give a definite answer about whether and when the detailed update schedule will be reflected due to technology and environment.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience in using it, and we recommend that you make a separate backup of important data before providing an improved SW update, and then always maintain and manage the latest SW version.
