[U: No] Galaxy A54 is the first mid-range phone with eSIM support?

Samsung has recently launched the new Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 5G smartphones in the market. Both smartphones sport a 6.4-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display and a 13MP selfie camera.

It was previously claimed that the Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone is the first mid-range phone from the South Korean tech giant that supports eSIM. After checking the core Settings we don’t see any eSIM option.

Samsung eSIM Journey

The South Korean tech giant Samsung started the eSIM journey with the Galaxy S20 models allows you to immediately connect to another mobile operator without using a physical SIM card. To activate your eSIM, you need a wireless service carrier which provides you an eSIM profile as well as data plans. eSIM data plans availability may vary depending on country and carrier.

The eSIM facility was earlier limited to the Galaxy S and Z series.  Unfortunately, the Galaxy A34 does not offer eSIM support. You can use two SIM cards on the A34. But that really has to be a physical (nano) SIM.
