Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G arrived in India starting at Rs. 30,999

Soon after the introduction made on 15 March 2023, Samsung launched the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 smartphones in India. Samsung has packed the two with 120Hz Super AMOLED displays, the A54 is powered by the latest Exynos 1380 SoC and the A34 has a Dimensity 1080 SoC.

The Galaxy A54 has a new 50MP rear camera while retaining the 12MP ultra-wide and the 5MP macro camera, but it doesn’t have a depth sensor. It has a 32MP front camera.

Whereas the A34 has a 48MP rear camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 5MP macro camera, but it doesn’t have a depth sensor. It has a 13MP front camera.

Here both have better and improved OIS and video digital image stabilization (VDIS) features. There is a Voice focus, Knox security, Privacy Dashboard, Private Share, and more. The two run on Android 13 with One UI 5.1, and the company guarantees up to four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates for the phones.

In the back, A54 has glossy glass and the A34 has a plastic back with a haze pattern for Graphite and Lime, and the Silver has a Prism pattern with an iridescent finish. These have IP67 ratings for dust and water resistance and pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
