Update 2 – March 10, 2023: Ahead of the official debut, the Galaxy A54 4G version is now certified by the FCC (id A3LSMA546JPN) with the model number SMA546DZKBDCM (via IThome). As per the listing, the device will come with a 25W adapter.
Update 1 – March 10, 2023: Reportedly, Samsung is launching the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 smartphones on March 16. The company has confirmed the news on its official India website. The upcoming Galaxy A-Series phones will have an IP67 rating. It means these devices will be able to survive in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
The South Korean tech giant also confirmed that the coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on the display will offer protection from accidental drops and scratches.
As per the official Samsung site, the upcoming Galaxy A series smartphone will launch globally on March 16. The launch event which the company describes as “Join to Amp your Awesome” will begin at 12 pm. The official page also includes a “Notify Me” option for interested users to get updates about the launch.

Samsung Galaxy A34 Specifications (Expected)
Samsung Galaxy A34 smartphone is said to launch with a 6.6-inch sAMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Dimensity 1080 SoC paried with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage. As far as the camera specifications are concerned, the Galaxy A34 will feature a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 5MP macro sensor. On the front side, the device will get a 13MP camera. The device will pack a 5,000mAh battery which will also offer similar 25W fast charging support as A54. The phone will run Android 13 OS.
