After rolling out to the Galaxy S22, S21, S20, Foldable Phones, and A-Series devices now the South Korean tech giant Samsung has started rolling out the official One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S8 Series.
The One UI 5.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra comes with versions X706BXXU3BWB4, X806BXXU3BWB4 and X906BXXU3BWB4 respectively. As per the latest changelog, the update is available in Europe and it comes with several handy features for your daily tasks.
The new update brings the February 2023 security patch that fixes around four dozen security vulnerabilities. It might also include general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
If you are a Galaxy Tab S8 series owner in Europe, you can download and install the new update by tapping on Settings >> Software update >> Download and install. For your information, Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S8 series back in February 2022.
One UI 5.1 brings options to choose skin tone, Expert RAW compatibility, improved search in the Gallery app, Shared Family Album, and more. In split-screen multitasking mode, frequently used apps are displayed first. Samsung DeX gets better split-screen window size adjustments
