Samsung is now expanding the availability of its February 2023 security patch to the Galaxy S22 series in more regions. According to the information, the Galaxy S22 Ultra users in Canada are now receiving the February 2023 patch update.
Recently, the Galaxy S22 Series received the One UI 5.1 update in European countries and for Canada, the update is scheduled for this month. As per Fido (Canadian mobile network), the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will receive the One UI 5.1 update on February 22, 2023.

The February 2023 patch update is identified by firmware version G988WVLS3GWA2 and the update size is 266.63MB. You can download the latest security patch on your Galaxy S22 Ultra when you receive the update notification, or you can try by opening the Settings app on your phone, navigating to “Software update,” and tapping “Download and install.
