Samsung started rolling out the January 2023 security patch to its several Galaxy smartphone and tablets. So far, the South Korean tech giant has pushed the latest security update to many Galaxy S, Galaxy Note, Galaxy M, Galaxy A, and Galaxy Z series devices.
Now, the company has started rolling out the January 2023 security patch to its rugged Galaxy Xcover 5 and the update is rolling out with the firmware version G525NKXS3CWA1 in Korea (Previously rolled out in the US). The latest update brings the January 2023 security patch with fixes for more than fifty security issues.

The Galaxy XCover 5 has recently received the Android 13 (One UI 5.0) update and this device is set to get Android 14. To check for the update manually, go to Settings -> Software Update -> Download and install.
