Update 2 – January 25, 2023: Samsung Galaxy A53 smartphone users in the Netherlands are now getting the January 2023 security patch update with the firmware version A536BXXS4BWA2 and the update size is 213MB.
Update 1 – January 21, 2023: Samsung has now released the January 2023 security patch update for the Galaxy A53. The Galaxy A Series smartphones the A50, A52, and A52s 5G have already joined the 01/23 month patch race.
According to the changelog, the Galaxy A53 January 2023 security update is rolling out with firmware version A536EXXS4BWA4 in a few countries, including Brazil, Paraguay, and Bolivia. Other regions will receive it soon.
In order to install the latest update you can just tap on the phone’s Settings -> Software Update -> Download and Install.
