Update 4 – December 12, 2022: According to the latest information, the stable One UI 5 for the Galaxy Tab S7 is now available in Turkey.
Update 3 – November 28, 2022: The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is now getting One UI 5 update in Korea.

Update 2 – November 24, 2022: The UK units of the Galaxy Tab S7 (WiFi) can now also install the Android 13 update (stable One UI 5).
Update 1 – November 22, 2022: Samsung is doing a tremendous job and sending out the stable One UI 5 update for its eligible Galaxy devices. Now, adding one more device to the list, the Galaxy Tab S7 is now receiving the Android 13 update in the Netherlands.
The official One UI 5.0 version is now available for the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+ both Wi-Fi and 5G. The update is rolling out with a firmware version ending in XXU2DVK3. (via Galaxy Club)
As usual, you can wait for the automatic notification that the update is ready for your Tab S7. Or you can immediately check manually whether you can download it via Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
Samsung One UI 5.0 update for the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ brings better lock screen customization options, massive performance gains in Samsung DeX, more taskbar settings, the addition of Modes & Routines, and a few changes to the Settings app.
Meanwhile, the Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 also upgrade to firmware version F936BXXU1BVK3 or F721BXXU1BVK3, respectively.
