Report: Galaxy S23 series to pack a modified Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip 

On February 1, Samsung will be going to have an Unpacked event as scheduled. In the expected criterion while the numbers of new tech are in approach, Samsung showing a willingness in introducing new ideas and innovation. Reports from the industry suggest that Samsung is going to pack a modified Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip in new Galaxy S23 series smartphones which will widen the innovation era of the company….!!

Our best-preferred source 9to5Google recently exhale the news that these custom chips will be referred to as “Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy.” They added ” these chips will arrive with a prime core that is clocked a bit higher than the standard variant, coming in at 3.36GHz. For comparison, the standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 has a prime core clocked at 3.19GHz.”

Although, it’s uncertain whether Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy will be used for its Galaxy S23 devices during the event or in its marketing material. It is still awaited for Samsung to exhale the detail and specifications for the upcoming smartphones.

Thus, phones are controversial. There are also reports circulating that the handsets could be priced higher this year. But a recent US report confirmed the price will remain the same.
