Update 1 – December 6, 2022: The smartphone launched in 2020 is now also grabbing the Android 13 update. Yes, you read it right, the Galaxy A42 5G smartphone is now getting a stable One UI 5 update in South Korea.
As per the changelog, the new One UI 5 firmware update for the Galaxy A42 5G is rolling out with the build number A426NKSU2DVK2. The update also includes the November 2022 security patch. Samsung has recently released the December 2022 security patch details which you can check over here.
In Korean Galaxy A42 5G owners can install the Android 13 update via the phone’s Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
