Update 1 – December 23, 2022: Samsung has started sending the Christmas 2022 gift in the form of the new security patch update in the Netherlands. According to the latest information, the December update is available for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and the Galaxy S20 FE.
The December patch has been rolling out for the Galaxy S20 FE models – 4G and 5G, SM-G780F, SM-G780G, and SM-G781B. The update is rolling with the firmware version G780FXXSAEVL1, G780GXXS3DVL1, or G781BXXS4GVL1 weighs more than 210MB.
The Galaxy S21 FE s now getting the December 2022 firmware update with version G990BXXS2DVL1 and the update size is 300MB.
Over 60 improvements and fixes have been done for the Android OS. The security of Samsung’s own One UI is improved on 13 points, including fixes for the Settings , Phone , and Contacts apps.
