A few days ago Samsung’s Colombia website revealed that the Galaxy S23 series will be launched on February 1 this year. Recently two teasers of the new flagships have appeared online. Samsung tried to showcase the three camera lenses in the teaser video. The first video talks of “megapixels that’ll make you say wooow”, so this is a teaser for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is expected to upgrade to a 200MP main camera.
Now, Samsung’s China website also shared an important update about the Galaxy S23 Series Unpacked 2023 details. The leaked (via Alvin) invitation banner clearly shows the timing of the S23 event. As per the image, in China, the Galaxy S23 product launch conference will start at 2 am on February 2, 2023 (February 1 at 1 PM EST). The company will also provide special coupons.
The upcoming Galaxy S23 series is expected to arrive with eye-catching specs and features. According to the leaks and rumors, the S23 Series models are said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to have a large 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a QHD+ resolution. The display is also said to be brighter than the iPhone 14 Pro series, with a brightness of 2200 nits.

The top-end variant of the Galaxy S23 lineup will have a quad camera system, consisting of a new 200 MP main camera and two 10MP telephoto cameras with 3x and 10x optical zoom and 12 MP ultrawide camera. On the other hand, the S23 and S23 Plus may arrive with a 50MP primary camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
